My Question or Issue

Hi,

Liked Songs is not visible in my Desktop app. I can still play music and everything else works fine. I can see my Liked Songs in Mobile app.

 

I've tried reinstalling the app and restarting my computer. The issue has been going on for about a week now and it's still not fixed. Can someone help me?

Can you try running a clean reinstall of the app, following the exact steps from this Spotify Guide. This is a bit different than a normal reinstall as it completely removes all app data.

 

If that doesn't change anything, let us know if you can see Liked songs in the Web player.

Hey Alex! This is also an issue for me. I did the clean reinstall, following the steps from the Spotify Guide. I can see my liked songs on my Web player, but they aren't marked as such in my Daily Mix playlists.

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

 

In this case, we'd suggest logging out and logging in twice in a row onto your Spotify account on the affected device. This could sound a little bit odd, but this way the system will force a resync of your account in general.
 

If the above doesn't do the trick, would you mind sending us the make/model and OS of the affected device along with the Spotify version you're running there?

 

Lastly, can you send us a video recording of said behavior? You can attach the video in your next reply in mp4 format, or you can also upload it to YouTube or Google drive and make it public, so we can watch it.
