People in "Friend activity" showing up as numbers

Why are some people suddenly showing up in the Friend activity bar listed as numbers instead of their name? It's not all of them, just a few... I don't think they're random people following me (I recognize the photo for one of them).

Sometimes that can happen if someone has deactivated the Facebook account they used to sign up for Spotify. I've had many random numbers like those show up in my followers. Or it could also be just a bug that's fixed by restarting or reinstalling the app. If your problem persists then try downgrading or just waiting for the next update.

I think Facebook deletion might be the case for some but there are others that are still on FB... Perhaps they just unlinked?
