Playback with cuts after upgrading to Mojave

My Question or Issue

Everything was ok in High Sierra, after updating to Mojave the playback isn't fluid, it cuts frequently even in local files.

I've uninstalled the app (as per indications in Troubleshooting) but the problem persists. I thought it might be the Internet connection but the problem persists in local files and no issues playbacking on YouTube.

I've tried to disable the hardware acceleration, it seemed a bit better on local files but the issue persists.

Changed the quality to Automatic, no change.

I've tried the web player, does the same.

Any ideas?

Nevermind, happens with iTunes and VLC as well... not Spotify related.
