My Question or Issue

My spotify is broken! I cannot play any playlist. Once the first song is done, spotify automatically plays a random song (most of times not according to my taste, and for a long time all in spanish, very weird, now only Dutch - which is my mother languague). I do not use the automatically play next song-option AND I want to listen to a WHOLE playlist. Who can help me? This is a terrible experience.

Hey @Blablablabla55, thanks for writing!

My first suggestion is that you check if your Queue is empty. The button is on the bottom right corner of the screen, just besides volume and devices. You can also check if there's any device that's not yours.

Resetting your password might be a good idea as well.

Let me know if this helps!

Thanks Bittencourt!

Password reset doesn't help, unfortunately.

My queue is indeed full of songs and I want to delete the entire queue. I have to delete every single song, which is very annoying. Select all, or a selection, doesn't work either. Tips? (And once finished, hopefully this will solve my initial problem!)

Hey @Blablablabla55,

The multiple selection should work. I've just tested using my MacBook and it does.

CMD+A will select all, as well as selecting one song and shift+up/down arrow.

Please try again and let me know if it works.
