Recently Played not updating and showing things I never listened to

My Question or Issue

On the desktop app, my recently played does not show what I have recently played. For example, the same four things are always there regardless of what I listen to. Also, there are things on it that I have never listened to. For example, there's a Beach Bunny playlist that is always there and I have never even listened to them, it just appeared one day and never left.
