My Question or Issue

Hi there,
I normally use spotify app at work. My enterprise uses Cisco WSA proxyes with Spotify connection allowed.
With this last version, the connection drops after 15/20 minutes.
I've to close and restart the application.

I can survive and i don't like the webapp version of the client.
Can you please develop a more robust connection layer?

Hi there!

 

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.
