Hey @FergusCB, welcome to the Spotify Community! 🎵

 

I'd recommend the following steps:

 

  1. Open the Spotify app settings → storage/offline section → clear cache. Exact steps available in this article.
  2. Switch networks between Wi-Fi and Mobile Data or vice versa
  3. Disable any VPN/DNS/Ad Blocker service if active
  4. See if you are getting the same problem on other devices and platforms like the desktop app and the web player
