Songs will not play

Can not get Spotify to play any songs. Doesn't matter if they are in my playlist or just random searches. Songs are selected one by one with an error stating it is unavailable. This happens with my desk top and iphone, doesn't matter.

Tried reinstalling and restarting, but no change. How to remedy this issue?

Could you send us a screenshot of the error you're getting on both devices? Also, since when are you having this issue?

We'd recommend logging out and back into your account to see if it makes any difference.
