My Question or Issue

The problems with my Spotify app started when I wasn’t able to connect my devices or play any new or recent music, now it won’t play any song I select and some of my playlists show up as empty. I have tried deleting it and re-downloading it many times, as well as deleting folders. I‘m just wondering if there’s any way I use it on my laptop again.

First off, do you mind performing a clean reinstall following the relevant steps listed in this Spotify Answer?

 

If that doesn't work, do you mind letting us know if you're seeing this issue when logging in on any of your other devices?

 

In the meantime, make sure to provide us with the following info so we can make sure everything is up-to-date:

  • exact Spotify version
  • device make + model
  • device OS version
