Sound quality on MacBook Pro

Hi everybody.

I`ve follow different advises about sound quality on MacBook Pro without any improvment. I have already clean the cache, changed imput/output options in my settings, set the quality in Spotify...

The problem persist.

Quality is very poor, both on earphons and internal speakers, while on my iPhone is ok.

Any suggestion?

Please make sure checking out this official Spotify audio settings help page for furhter help.

In addition, please try and check your account on different devices, if the issue does not happen there, this may indicate a device issue.
