Spotify crashes immediately after opening.

Tried reinstalling, restarting computer and clearing cache doesn't work.

Could you let me know the make and model of your device, as well as the current software version that's on your device? You can find this by going to the  Menu > About this Mac.

Additionally, could you try resetting the SMC to see if that makes a difference?
