Starred playlist won't go public

I made my starred playlist private a while ago and now it won't go back to public, I was just wondering how i can fix this.thankssss

Right click the playlist in the sidebar and select "Make Public" from the menu.

Nope 😞 i tried that before i posted in here as well as restarting the application.
