Why won't my playlist picture change?

I recently bought a new Macbook Air, and I made a new playlist just today. When I uploaded a picture, it worked just fine and it showed up perfectly. However, when I tried to change the picture of an older playlist, it just wouldn't change. While I was still on the playlist, it showed the new image, but as soon as I went to another playlist and then back to it, the image had reverted back to the old one. I went onto the web player just to check, and the image had been changed there to the new one. So what's wrong and how can I fix it, and update the playlist image to the one that I want?

Hi there!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

Also, make sure to have macOS Mojave 10.14.6 installed.
