My Question or Issue

I hit play on a playlist. The first song plays, when it's done, the second song plays, but the now playing still shows the first song with the progress bar at 100%. After the second song plays, nothing happens. If I hit pause/play, the first song starts to play again and the same thing happens. If I double-click a random song in the playlist, it will behave like the first song and it will stop again after completing the second song.

I cleared my cache. I restarted my laptop and it is still happening.

I forgot to mention that I am also connecting to a Sonos speaker.

Hey there @BetterOffJed

Thanks for getting in touch about this here in the Community.

Just to confirm, is this only happening on your PC or on other devices as well? Also, you mentioned that your device is connected to a Sonos speaker. If it's not connected, does the same happen?

On another note, would you mind giving a different connection a go to see if the issue persists? You can try creating a hotspot on your phone and using that.

If this happens across different networks, could you let us know the exact make/model, operating system and Spotify version of your PC?

We'll be waiting for your reply.
