downloads not working

Hi,

Downloads don't work on my new mac computer. I suspect I have too many devices, so I disconnected all devices, and it still doesn't work. I tried also re-installing the spotify app from scratch on MacOS. Download works from my iphone. Please help!!

As a first step, can you please let us know if you followed the exact steps under Clean reinstall in this article? If yes, please let us know your OS version and app version and let us know what happens when you try to download something.

Also, please check if you're able to download on your PC after removing the downloads on your mobile.
