Hi,
I've been facing this Error while using Spotify on the Mac platform, but on iPhone, everything is working correctly.
I reinstalled completely the application twice, updated the application, tried to sign in several times, removed all the caches, etc. none of the is working.
Looking forward to finding a new solution from you experts.
Thanks in advance.

Hey @nimoooliii,
Since this happens across devices, can you please ask a friend or a relative to log in to their own account on any of those PCs and check if the same happens?
If so, it's worth trying with a different internet connection to see if that makes the difference.
Let me know how it goes!
Hi @nimoooliii, thanks for writing.
Are you unable to access one specific playlist on your desktop app? Can you share its link using your iPhone?
Does it happen to any other file/playlist or is it just this one?
Hi Bittencourt, thanks for replying,
It happens while I’m using Spotify on the desktop app version, I can’t reach Home, Search and etc.
Hey @nimoooliii, I see.
What's your desktop's operational system? Has this error started after any specific event?
Do you have access to another desktop computer where you could log in your account and check how is it working?
Hi @bittencourt,
It is not working on both the Windows desktop version and the Mac desktop version.

Dear @Bittencourt,
Finally, it works, I changed the internet connection and it is solved, so the problem was my internet connection.
Thanks, you are the best.
Hey @nimoooliii, that's great!
I'm glad I could help 🙂

My Question or Issue
In my desktop Spotify App I am only able to access my library of songs and playlist that I have previously saved. I am not able to browse through the start page, search through Spotify and access Albums/Artists through the songs I have previously saved. When opening the Start screen the UI appears grey, no covers/songs loading and after a while an error message appears "Something went wrong". I have had this issue since using Spotify on this computer. The other devices me and my family use do not have this issue. It only appears when logging in with any user account on this specific device.
I have taken the usual measures to troubleshoot: I have newly reinstalled the Spotify app several times, did the newest upgrades of MacOS, removed PRAM, etc. The issue remains.
