"This song is not available"

I went to play several different songs and Spotify has the blue bar message at the top saying "This song is not available. If you have the file on your computer, you can import it." What do I do here?

I'm having the same problem, but only on Spotify desktop on my Mac.  There are currently many MANY (MANY!) songs I can play on Spotify on my iphone just fine, but when I try to play them now on my mac I just get this message in the bar.  

If I search for the songs on Spotify they are in fact available -- the exact same version that's in my playlist -- and I can play it when searching for it, but the song won't play in my playlist!  Very frustrating. This is affecting dozens of songs in numerous playlists.  Help!
