ive experienced NO SOUND in my spotify... (MAC USER YOSEMITE)

its playing but theres no sound. when i open itunes the sound works perfectly? whats the issue? HELP

Look at the bottom right corner of Spotify.

Make sure the volume slider is all the way to the right
