2 Account: 1 Account plays OK; 2nd Account red circle with line ๐Ÿšซ

How come my account cannot play any episode from the Joe Rogan show, meanwhile another account can play just fine.
What I've done: Tried the Windows app with the primary account: Didn't work - Shows a red circle with a red line through it --> ๐Ÿšซ
Tried a browser: Same issue; same cursor when I tried to play the episode --> ๐Ÿšซ
Incognito browser: Same issue as above.
Tried secondary account: Everything works fine...
What could be the issue?

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!


This can happen if you've blocked a music artist from their profile by clicking the 3-dot menu > and selecting "Don't Play This". 


It's a bit odd that this is happening with podcast episodes. Just in case you can undo your hidden content, like described here.


Let us know what happens when you click on the red icon. It would also be helpful to include a screenshot and let us know if this issue is present in a specific playlist or the page of the show as well.
