sound cutting out

My Question or Issue

I start a playlist then after 10 seconds the sound cuts out but the song is still running

This issue could be related to cache stored on your device. We'd first recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app. This is often an overlooked step, but it’s more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful to get rid of any cache that might be causing trouble. 

 

If the issue persists, would you mind checking in the Web Player to see if it makes any difference? This will give us a better look at the issue.
