2nd desktop computer at a different office. Not on same wifi. does this mean can use Spotify on it?

I have a second desktop computer at second office which I work in two days per wk.

I can't connect to spotify at second office is this because is a different wifi network?

Any way to solve this?

Hi Craig,
Your problem is not due different wifi network. Spotify is licensed for personal use only, and there should only be one user per account, so you can only stream music on your second desktop if the first one isn't being used. For that problem you can try the Family plan. here 
If you have the first desktop disconnected then it should be working fine.

1st desktop is off. I am on 2nd desktop and can log on spotify to ask this
question but get a response that user name/password are incorrect when I go
to the music icon. Same response happens on my laptop at home when I try
to log on to spotify at home. It works on my phone and 1st desktop only.
Same user name and password being used.
