Added new playlist i´ve never made (and never will...)

My Question or Issue

 Hi all

I think mine´s more than a problem but a punishment. From nowhere it appears a damned playlist at the top of my library´s playlists (Favourites? below, thanks).

The worst becomes whe you´re listening your marvelous Favourites playlist, hardly grown, ...and the reproductor cuts my song and jumps by itself to a song of this fakelist "Top2018"...your eardrum would be scratched...real punishment. And it occurs both on PC and Android, and both application and web player. And i´ve uninstaled and reinstalled. And just now I can see, in another window, that fakelist and its songs ready to be play by spotify web player...and nobody reports a problem like mine´s!

Please, help me.
