Playlist filtering with CTRL+F is broken

Ctrl+F functionality in playlist seems to be somewhat broken (at least for non-english titles).

I have the following playlist: https://open.spotify.com/user/andreishe/playlist/0ixY5gBr0hz2iCx6isehbs?si=Hj_jxuF-QuWTIu-1mRznVQ

I opened it in the desktop client, pressed Ctrl+F and type "Рыба". It said "No results". I went to a global search, found the song there, and tried to add it to that playlist, it said the song is already in playlist. After examining the whole playlist line by line, I found it. Why filtering didn't find it?
