My Question or Issue

I've started to get some of my ads in Spanish. I don't see where I can choose my language. But I did see this solved post from a few years ago: https://community.spotify.com/t5/Accounts/Wrong-ads-language/td-p/440618/page/5

Since there were multiple reports, it was turned into a bug: https://community.spotify.com/t5/Ongoing-Issues/All-Platforms-Advertising-in-Wrong-Language/idi-p/90...

Which is solved. 

 I've also started to get while listening on my iPhone ads that are for if I lived in NYC, I live in NH but travel to/from MA quite often, but that's not NYC.

Is there a way for me to resolve some of these items?
