Hello. For the past few months now I have been having an issue on my desktop PC running windows 10, where the albums in my library list will not load past a certain point, seemingly happening randomly. The only way for me to move past this issue is to restart my PC, but it happens at least once a day, so at this point I have given up on using Spotify on my desktop, and its very annoying. No amount of waiting for them to load, restarting the app, clearing the cache or reinstalling the app fixes it. I even reinstalled Windows itself on my desktop a couple weeks ago for an unrelated reason, and the issue still persists. I have attached an image as to what it looks like when the albums cease to load. Thanks.

Hey @wolfdale_,

Thanks for reaching out and kudos for all the troubleshooting you've done so far.

As a next step, can you please check if the same thing happens in Spotify's web player? Also, is it possible to try using a different internet connection like a hotspot on your phone?

Let us know what happens.

I've got the same annoying issue with the Windows app.

The Artists and Albums option is simply not available.

In the web version and on my Android phone it is visible. I would like to have this functionality within de Windows app.
