All sound stops when pausing music in the Desktop App

My Question or Issue

 I am using an external PCE card so can i can connect my bluetooth headphones to my PC. Basically what i said in the title happens. E.g ~ Watching youtube videos with the spotify app open, i need to have music playing with the sound muted in the app or the video will not play sound. I"ve tried rebooting my PC to see if the issue persists and it does.

I'm not sure what kind of info you would need to troubleshoot this but let me know and i'll give it a go.

Just did some testing. Tried capturing it through OBS, but the issue wasn't shown through a video recording. Must be something to do with the QC35 II and the PCE-AC55BT card and the way audio is streamed to it.
