Annoying pop ups on premium desktop and crashes on android

My Question or Issue

Desktop:
Clicking anything inside the application takes me to a pop up window in the browser, the pop up window closes in a second and nothing happens in the app itself. therfore i cannot navigate in the software at all.
Attempted Solutions :
1. Re-installed spotify
2.Ran an anti virus scan.

Android:

Sometimes the app closes randomly when changing the music wether it is done automatically or manually.

Attempted Solutions:
Re-installing the app and clearing app cache.
