Are the previous features back ?

Hey everyone !

I found a way to prevent Spotify from auto-updating (which I won't share here as the devs are lurking these forums to see if we dare not love their new half-broken beta version, then push some updates just to force it even more on us), so I don't know if some recent changes were made to bring back some old features to the new desktop app.

I'm mostly interested in 2 features that were removed :

- The possibility to edit our "recently played" list

- The global search bar

It seems that the devs are slowly bringing back some previous features (why they removed them in the first place is beyond me, except just to annoy us ?), so for those of you who use the new version, are these features back, or not ?
