Autoplay just replaying songs

My Question or Issue

For some reason, when I finish my playlist, it just replays songs on the playlist. It will always do this when I finish the playlist. 8 or so songs from playlist will play, then a random new song will play, and then more songs will replay from the playlist. Replay and shuffle are off, so I'm not sure why autoplay is rarely playing any new songs. It's kind of annoying as I'm trying to find new music, and the radio also just plays songs from my playlist usually, with an occasional new song. I've tried disabling and reenabling autoplay, and this didn't work either. Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out.

We recommend you log out everywhere and run a clean reinstall on all your devices, this involves deleting the cache files of the app and will force a account wide resynchronization of your info. You can have a look at this guide for the steps relevant to each device. That should fix the autopay issue.

As for the radio, keep in mind that the entries are based not only on similar songs, but also on your likes, your region and the music libraries of users with similar tastes. That's why it might take a while for the list to get filled  with more songs that haven't come up on your radar yet. You can help the algorithm by expanding your library with new liked songs and albums or liking additional artists. That would speed up the process.
