[BUG][Desktop][Developer] Volume bar jitters if sliding with mouse

Bug report (just found this idea section, though):

The volume slider wiggles all around sliding it with the mouse. In the example below, the mouse is constantly pressed and not released.

Example

Environment:

• Spotify 1.1.45.621.gdddebadc
• WIN 10 64bit
• External USB Sound Card on Laptop
• No windows window scaling set globally

We have an Ongoing issue with what you seem to be experiencing with your volume bar.
