[BUG] Desktop client crashes when a playlist its subscribed to makes mass changes

I have done little testing on this but I made this bot a couple months to convert a youtube channel to a spotify playlist and in this bot, I made it remove everything from the playlist and then add all the new songs to the playlist. This causes a crash with about 300 songs regardless of whether you are listening to the playlist or not.
