Black screen for at least 45 mins on Windows 10

My Question or Issue

So when I start my mainstream pc and open spotify, I get a black screen for up to an hour. I have followed previous posts and disabled Hardware acceleration, and Uninstalled today, but after re-installing, the same problem, not just on startup, but if I close and re-open spotify, same thing. Surely there must be a fix for this? Idoesnt happen on my laptop, phone, or any other device!

Just to confirm, did you make sure to follow these steps when reinstalling the app? 

If this doesn't do the trick and you downloaded the app from our website, could you give it a try downloading it directly from the Microsoft Store and vice versa?
