Bug report: Cannot drag playlists or songs

Premium desktop application on Windows 10.

 

I updated to version 1.1.38.558.g4b100958 using the blue-highlighted "restart & update" notification on the account/settings/log out dropdown menu.

 

After updating, I am unable to drag songs into playlists or playlists into folders.


Was having no issues prior to the update. Am willing to help debug if there's any helpful logs.

Thanks for reaching out! We'll happily help you sort this one out 🙂

 

Some of the app's files might have been corrupted during the update and could be causing this behavior. Could you follow the instructions listed here and perform a clean reinstall? You should also try with both the version of the app from the Microsoft Store as well as the one from our website to see if the issue comes up with both.
