Button For Settings doesnt work!

Hi!
I got a problem with the Button where the Username is at!
I cant click the Profil Button or the Arrow to get to the Settings!

I can use the Search but if i Click on these two it will do nothing if i double-click it will just go in fullscreen i got this problem since the latest two Updates!

Its mostlikly like the top part were you drag it came down only in that region!

or as if something is over these buttons!

i got only the Free version but i should be atlest able to go in the Setting or see my Profil or is it only for Pro user?
Also i already tried to reinstall it, but no change!

Hope someone can help me !
