CRUMBLING/CRACKLING SOUNDS DURING PLAYBACK

This issue started happening out of no where this morning.

Never had this issue before today. Tried uninstalling client and re installing, as well as a clean install of audio drivers. I have had Spotify on this pc (win7) for a couple years. Nothing has changed. (correction) I am getting the same issue when using the Spotify web client.  So far not with any other media outputs (AKA amazon music). Please fix!

Also, I have tried playing spotify through headphones and hdmi output to my tv, same results.  I have also tried enabling / disabling hardware acceleration along with high quailty to low quailty, all the same results.

Apparently spotify has introduce some new tin foil technolgy for its premium members.  Highly not enjoyable.  If this problem is not resolved timely, I will cancel my subsrciption.
