Can log-in just for a few seconds

Hi there 

I've got a Spotify Premium Account. I use a several Devices- such as iphone ipad. 

Now the problem comes, when I want to use my account in the office via the desktop browser (chrome, win 10). 

I can log in as ususal- it works first-> it shows my account, but after 3 sec, it switches back to the free mode, where i have to log in again.  

Any idea? Thanks, cheers 

Ps- I am using the web player- i can't use the app in the office...

Just to confirm, have you tried opening the web player in a private/incognito window? This step makes sure you avoid any issues with the browser's cache. It's also a good idea to clean the browser's cookies and then give it another try. 

Keep in mind that some office connections may have network restrictions put by the network admins at your workplace. In such case it's useful to reach out to these folks as well. 

If you have this option, try the web player in a different browser - just to check if the issue might be browser-related.
