Can not change data folder - only the storage folder will be moved (big folders on C:)

My Question or Issue

The background is, that my C: is permanently going to be crowded with data from

C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Spotify\Data

There is still no option, to delete the buffered music data.

But the main problem is, I can not change this folder to another drive.

There is an option by moving something, but, only the storage folder will be moved to the wanted drive.

I guess, the storage folder is for personal mp3 ... songs/files?

Or may it be that the function is bugged?

I solved my "personal" (other friends have same problem) problem by
creating a mklink junction to another drive.

Spotify-APP for PC is really the state of the art in programming.
