Can not listen song in my laptop when I am abroad even when I am premium

I can't play music in my window app when I am abroad. I will be 4 month outside the country I am subscribe in. I can play music in my phone but not through my laptop which is weird!

It is not working. I can use the webplayer, my phone but not the app in my HP notebook. I can not listen anything it seems that the app in my computer is not working.
