Can't Access My Settings

My Question or Issue

I can't access Settings (not Account). I tried Edit -> Preferences and looking for it on the drop-down menu on my icon and username, but I can't find it. Ctrl + P only directs me to printing options for the page. Could someone please help me? I'm trying to enable Local Files.

This type of issue usually depends on the cache stored on your device. First, we'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app. This is often an overlooked step, but it’s more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful to get rid of any cache that might be causing troubles opening the settings.

If the issue persists, could you try to check if it happens using a different WiFi network or a mobile data hotspot to see if it makes any difference?
