Can't Login using my credentials.

So I created my account via mobile app and login using facebook. So technically my spotify was linked to my facebook. But when do i try to login my spotify account on desktop(win 7) using the email add of my facebook it's giving me error message.

P.S. I cant click the login via facebook since I'm accessing it in the office and fb is not ollowed in there.

It would be a firewall issue within you're office. You need to tell your boss to allow Spotify to be allowed on the public and private network. Else, you can only play Spotify at home.
