Can't access settings options in desktop, only see the option for language

When i click settings all that comes up is the choice to change language.

It looks like you're using the Chrome Progressive Web App (PWA) version of Spotify. This is basically a standalone app of the browser version of Spotify. In order to have more options, you will need to install Spotify for Windows.
