Can't add songs to Playlists i haven't downloaded

Hello, since the last Spotify Update i've been having some issues i haven't had before. First a minor one, but normally if you play a song in a playlist its text changes from white to green, this still works, except for the song that is displayed at the top of the playlist. Now onto the problem that really bugs me: For the past few days i cant add any songs to playlist i didn't enable Download on, not by dragging nor through the Add to Playlist context menu when you perform a left mouse click. If those two problems (the second has priority) could be fixed with an update or someone could guide me through fixing it myself, it would be greatly appreciated! I'm having the same problem adding songs to playlists. I can only add songs to the most recent playlists I've created but not older ones. I haven't had this problem until now. 

On top of that, some playlists just won't play. The songs will play if I find album and play them from there but they won't play in the playlist at all. Pressing "play" at the top of that playlist will only stop or start the current song playing from a seperate playlist.
