Cannot play some old playlists at all

Some of my oldest playlists (2013) just won't play at all. The songs will play if I goto album and play them from there but they won't play in the playlist at all. Pressing "play" at the top of that playlist or on the left side of each song will only stop or start the current song playing from a seperate playlist.
