Can't change order of songs on my playlist?

So for some reason most of my playlists won't let me change the order of the songs on them now, I can still add and remove tracks and can still do it on a couple of others but it just wont work on this select few and it's getting really annoying. Anyone know a solution?

Thanks for posting in the thread!

@BobbyG86 - Just to confirm, does the option to sort the playlist appear if you follow the steps on this page? Also, keep in mind that to be able to move tracks around within a playlist, the playlist need to be sorted by/set to Customer order. You should then be able to drag and drop tracks in the way you'd like.

Should you still experience issues sorting your playlist, could you send us a photo or video showing how things look from your end, so that we can have a look as well?
