Can't drag tracks in newest Spotify app update (v1.83.318.0)

My Question or Issue

 

The Windows Spotify app was just updated via Windows Store to v1.83.318.0. App restarted after update, and when it started up again, I could no longer drag and drop tracks into playlists, or drag and drop playlist tracks to re-order them. Clicking and draggin simply does nothing. I've shut down and restarted the app several times, but same behavior persists.

 

This was working fine literally 15 minutes ago as I was using Spotify to arrange playlists before I went to the Windows Store to update apps.

Resolved - a PC reboot fixed the issue.
