Can't find playlists on a certain profile

I used to have access to a spotify account that I used for over 3 years (through a sports team). I have built many playlists over that time and now because of certain reasons, I no longer have access to that account (I still work there however), as they have changed the password. I have created my own personal account and I am trying to go back to those playlists and to copy and paste certain playlists that I want to recover. However, when I go to find those playlists, nothing comes up. When I do a search for the profile, all it says is no recent activity and that there are 0 playlists. I know this isn't true because my personal account is subscribed to several of those playlists so I know they at least still exist. Please help! There are years worth of playlists out there that I can't find!

It's possible those playlists are set to private or they have been removed. Please contact the owner of the account for more information. Let me know if you have any other  questions.
