Can't get songs to play on windows 10 (Shuffle bug)

Hi,

I have reinstalled and this has not helped this issue.. I can't even play a song as seen in the video. Every time I open the app it auto shuffles and I cant change the song or even edit the queue. Having no luck on getting this app to work on windows 10 and can't see a similar problem on these forums. If there is no patch or help given for this I will unfortuantely be cancelling my subscription 😞
