Can't get spotify radio on my laptop

I have spotify app on my phone and can get spotify radio, but on my laptop there is no link for spotify radio when I log in to spotify online. I am using windows. Is there a seperate something i have to install?

Also, I have gone through the help topics and tutorials on the desktop settings and they are saying there is a link in the menu on the left side of the page. This is not correct in my case. There is no link anywhere in my account.
