Can't hear podcast

My Question or Issue

I'm trying to listen to TechStuff Podcast, I've started it from the beginning and am listening until present day.  I've been listening to it just fine on my phone however I'm trying to listen to it on my computer right now, and I can't hear any audio.  If I switch to music I can hear music but for some reason the earlier episodes of this podcast I can't hear (The player is playing it, I can see the time ticking away, also if i switch it to say my alexa device, I can suddenly hear sound, just not on my PC for some reason)

I can't start hearing the podcasts on my PC until the June, 19th 2018 episode anything before that date, I can not hear on my PC.
