Can't log in with facebook due to proxy settings and firewall

I'm having trouble with spotify. This has never happened to me before, but I can't seem to log in on my laptop. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, turning off my firewall, etc. Nothing has worked. Also I have no clue as to where I can find my proxy details. I know, I am a complete noob and not too tech smart when it comes to this stuff. Please if someone can help that would be much appreciated. Thanks

P.S. I'm experiencing 'error code: 101'

P.P.S. I am still able to isten to spotify on my iPhone and on the webplayer on my laptop. It seems to only be THE APP ITSELF that is acting up...
